The Power of words: poems for holocaust memorial day 2018

Picture
Nineteen poems, all from poets within Northern Ireland, help mark the event, which occurs worldwide on 27th January, organised by the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust.

'The Power of Words' is the theme for HMD2018, focusing on how words can make a difference. Special thanks to Amy Rafferty, Lecturer of A Level Religious Studies and Sociology at SERC, Bangor, for facilitating pieces from her students, helping us showcase bright, young, promising writing talent for the future.

Poets featured include:
Amy Wyatt Rafferty, Ruby Price, Glen Wilson, Jordan Mcanally, Iain Campbell, Hannah Woods, Gifford Savage, Jack Guy, Gerry McCullough, Georgia Liddle, Patricia Devlin-Hill, Abigail Willis, Trish Bennett, Matthew Lee, Azeem Lateef, Letitia Kovacova, Noelle Robinson, Anne McMaster and Zoe McGrath.
